When boardroom meets dancefloor.

For most of my adult life I have lived in two worlds that don't normally meet. I am a senior leader in the chemicals industry — I have led teams through growth, transformation, and M&A integration. I am also a salsa dancer, connecting with people from all sorts of backgrounds on the social dancefloor for almost 20 years now. What I have learned is that the people in those two worlds are working on exactly the same problem — how to read another person, build trust quickly, lead through uncertainty, follow without disappearing — they just don't know it. Leadership Moves is what happens when those two worlds meet on purpose.

I am not a Learning & Development professional — I'm a real-world operational business leader. I also don't believe any single team session or training can fix a team, but I firmly believe the right change of perspective can cause sustainable change in people's behaviour over time.

The Lead | Follow Framework offers a unique embodied perspective on things most of us already know intellectually, yet struggle to implement. It delivers real, valuable insights for teams in a genuinely fun way. This has always been my leadership philosophy: serious responsibility, held lightly.
